She loves Chino the little dog and the big house where she said it's from her grandma and her beautiful friends. That's how she said it. I wonder if she knows that we are going home tomorrow. This holidays we are spending time with hubby's family here in Gardena. Maddie enjoyed it here and so is Jarod. They liked that the house is big for them to run around and play. Even MAddie lies to ride her bike inside the house or in the backyard. While JArod also like to walk around the house. They also like it here because they have there aunts and uncles to play with. Also, Chino the dog is very playful with Maddie. She said that Chino is her best buddy friend and that she is taking him to Colorado. Disneyland, here I come.

Maddie is so excited to see Disneyland that even if I have a painful foot we still went. My mom treat us all to Disneyland. Thank you grandma for the expensive treat. Maddie for sure had a blast and so was Jarod. She saw her favorite princess Snow White. And you can see that, that is her favorite one because she was wearing a princess Snow White dress herself. She saw all the princesses thought in the princess palace. The parade was also very nice but there were a lot of people in line already along the side of main street that it was hard to see. We just decided to go home because we we're exhausted already and the kids were cranky too. All in all it was a fun and adventure day of Maddie. Her dream did come true. I watched Conan last night for the first time in a long time. You see I do not usually stay up that late. Normally that would be WAY past my bedtime but last night sleep would not come and therefore I had to turn the TV on to make my brain stop over thinking everything that is happening in my life right now. Conan comes on TBS now and you can find it in your http://www.Expertsatellite.com/ television channel guide. I think it comes on at eleven at night but not quite sure on the timing. Conan is, I think, the funniest of all the late night comedy guys. I like his little monologue that he does at the beginning of the show where he usually incorporates some kind of dance move and at least one or two head shakes where his hair stays almost perfectly still. That still amazes me that they can make his hair so tall and that it does move from its perfectly coiffed style even though he jumping all around the stage like a crazy rabbit.

Hubby was changing oil on our car. He is getting ready for our long drive maybe his coming weekend to California. Hopefully, everything is going to be just fine. My precious grandmother is getting up there in years. While she is still fully lucid, and definitely not in any way incapable, she is getting a little slower and a little more likely to take a spill. We had a very scary situation a few months back when she was pulling weeds in the yard and took a tumble down her hill. She broke her ankle and rolled for a bit before a neighbor spotted her and luckily ran over to help. While she lives close enough that we can take a day trip to see her, she is still a couple hours away, so getting there in good time if there was an emergency would be difficult. We worry about her going up and down the stairs inside, where there would be no one to see her fall. This is where her adt Seattle alarm comes in. Yepey, we woke up with snow everywhere. You can see snow on top of our roof and trees. Maddie wanted to go out to play with the snow but it's too cold and Jarod wants to be with her too. We went to Aspen, Colorado for the Snowmass Balloon Festival last weekend and it was nice. We missed the evening glow though but hubby got up early to go see the balloon inflate. We went to two more families and apparently they like it. The condo that we rented was really nice and spacious. There we're three bedrooms and a loft and the kitchen was fully loaded with every imaginable utensils that you need. So, we might consider going back again for the fall color.

I waited until the last minute to get my oil change before our annual trip to Florida. I would be driving about eight hundred miles and had already gone a thousand miles over when I was due for a change. I called around to see what the wait times were like so that I could make sure I went to the quickest place. I needed as much time as I could to finish packing and get the kid’s things together. Almost everywhere I called said that it wasn’t a good day, I should try for tomorrow. I couldn’t wait and ended up agreeing to wait for two hours to get an oil change. What a wait! My kids were going crazy in the waiting room after the first hour, luckily, the manager turned on EXPERT SATELLITE and the kids were entertained for the second hour of the wait. All I could think about was how slow the clock was moving and how much I had to do. With a wait time like two hours, I will not be putting off my oil change in the future!

Yesterday, MAddie and I went swimming in the pool here in our community. Hubby and baby JArod are the watchers. MAddie is trying her new life saver that hubby bought and she seems to like it. Still adjusting though. We went there kind of late already and so she started getting cold fast especially she just like to play and not dip into the pool. The water was really warm when you are dipping but cold when you get out. So, we ended up leaving early. Hopefully will be back today.

We went to the Pirate Cove today with hubby's family but then when we got there it was almost five in the afternoon already and by the time we are done eating it will be closing time. So, we just decided to eat and have fun in the park in the same area. Also, Maddie wanted to ride the train but they closed at 4:00pm. So, maybe next time we will have good luck.

Most of the time we just decide on going to the beach for our family vacations, but this year we all wanted to do something a little bit different. So instead, we're going to go to Walt Disney World! Our kids have been asking us for years whenever they see the commercials on TV for the park if we can go there. But it's so far away that we've always put it off. This year though we wanted something different and thought that it could be the time to actually make good on that promise we made the kids a while ago.

I've been doing all kinds of research to find out which things are worth seeing at the parks and which ones are worth skipping. The other day I had my parents over for dinner at my new house in New Jersey. My wife and I spent a good time in the kitchen preparing them a nice meal for when they stopped by, and fortunately, everything was a complete success. The dinner was great and my family was really appreciative. It was terrific to see them and I was really glad that they came all that way just to spend a little time with my wife and me and get a good look at the new place. Last night we went to Swedish ER. Apparently Jarod has an ear infection. He has been having cough and runny nose for a week now. So, he is on antibiotic for 5 days. We have a lot of appointments coming up. One for me, Jarod and Maddie this 29th of October. It's going to be a busy day and expensive one too for the co-pay. But we have to go. We also had our flu shots already. The good thing was that they already incorporated the H1N1 with the flu vaccine. So, no need to have a second shot just for that. Hopefully, we don't get sick this year because Jarod is too small and vulnerable. They said we just have to keep washing our hands and stay away from sick people. We we're deciding to go to the children's museum in downtown or ride Thomas the tank engine. It is Maddie's favorite show and she watch it all the time. So, we wanted her to ride the train. But at the same time it is not so safe for me now to ride the train especially the bounciness of it makes my stomach contract. My mom is asking if I already found an airfare for her and so last night hubby and I we're looking for a cheap airfare from LAX. We found one and was very happy. I told my mom about it and she was happy too. It's less than $200 because it's a months notice. Also, hubby booked an accommodation in one of the hotel that St. Joseph provide for their guest. Only one person is allowed to stay with me and so Maddie and my mom will stay in the hotel. Our house is little far to go back and forth. They will stay their for 3 day also. Maddie enjoyed watching and feeding the goats yesterday in one of the park near our place. Hubby saw the place when he went biking and thought that Maddie would like to see the goats. So, yesterday we went to see them and for sure Maddie was very happy.Seeing all the goats and kids feeding them. She was just so happy and ecstatic keep shouting to the older goats not to eat the leaves she is feeding the small goats. It was funny. For years my favorite primetime drama has been Lost. Lost has captured my attention pretty much since the very first episode. Even through all of the crazy twist, confusing story lines and cast changes, I've loved watching lost. I have never been one to regularly watch television shows, especially dramas. Lost changed that for me. My large group of friends and I would regularly have Lost viewing parties. My friends and I would gather at one of our homes and tune in our one best deals on satellite tv.

My favorite characters throughout the years on Lost have been Evangeline Lilly and Dominic Monaghan. I've pretty much loved every actor that has been on Lost, but these two have always stood out to me. On top of all the great, talented actors on the show, the story line is what kept bringing me back. The writing was cutting edge and fresh. Throughout the course of the series, I never once felt as if I knew what was coming or what to expect. My friends and I were all very sad to see Lost go off the air. We all had different expectations of the ending and I can safely say that none of us were disappointed by the way the series went out.

We are invited again for another birthday party but this time it's going to be swimming in Splash island in Golden. I've been wanting to go there but that was before I am pregnant. Last Saturday my friends gave me a baby shower for my little baby boy Jarod. It was fun. The food we're great and I received a lot of nice gifts for Jarod. My dream when I was young living in the Philippines is to come here in the US and see New York City. Last night I wanted to eat bitter melon and so told hubby that we need to go to the Asian market. It was past 8:00pm already and hubby said that they might be closed. Still, we decided to go to the Little Saigon. They are still open until 9:00pm. I was very happy. I got my bitter melon and some golden pompano fish where I can grill today. Maddie likes this fish too and so we will for sure have a blast with fish today. I got salmon fillet for hubby too. He likes those and not the whole with bone kind of fish. My favorite show to watch reruns of during the summer is Glee. Glee has become a breakout hit since debuting this past year, and I am happy to say that I am one of the “Gleeks” that loves to watch reruns of the show.

Whatever night Glee is on during the summer, I am there with my trusty cheap satellite tv to watch all the fun and song, even though I have seen it already. The best thing about watching reruns of Glee is the chance to see all of the great musical numbers the cast performs, as well as the chance to watch Jane Lynch work her one liner magic.

Jane Lynch is hands down the best part of the show. The musical numbers are great, but without the perfect casting effort that put her in that role, the show would lack something. Glee is very watchable, even if you have seen an episode once or twice.

With all the rerun choices you have available to you this summer - and believe me there are many, I encourage you to check out Glee once or twice and see if you don't get hooked on it after one episode. I guarantee that before the summer is over, you will be a certified Gleek (a geek who loves Gee) like the rest of us are. Take a little time to check the show out this summer, I promise you won't be disappointed.

I was really surprised to see that the TV guide channel has began running episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm" on my satellite tv korean channels. I remember the show from when it was airing on HBO. I have always been a huge fan of Larry David, and I think that this show was the perfect outlet for his unique comical vision. If you remember his hit show Seinfeld, which he write and co-created, you will be familiar with the kind of humor that this show has. I really like the fact that Larry David was given free reign over the creativity aspects of the show. It really shows.

My girlfriend says that I have a lot in common with Larry David, who is also the main character in the show. I am not really sure if that is a good thing, or not. He always seems to put his foot in his mouth at just the wrong moment. There is also a ton of special and regular appearances from all kinds of actors, comedians, and celebrities. This show is filmed in a type of real-life setting, where all of these celebrities play themselves for the most part. I also read that they are about to do a whole new season on HBO. I for one, can not wait for it to be shown. Definitely check it out!

I knew that I had struck gold when I was able to laugh hysterically while watching the quirky family antics that played out on my screen. I had found a family with more issues than my own, and even after a grueling day at the office I could laugh. The sitcom comedy, Modern Family, is the gem of the fall lineup and tops the list of reasons that I love turning on my DirecTV when I get home from work each day.

This is the new look at today's extended family, with Ed O'Neil of Married with Children fame being the anchor of the family. He is married to a much younger woman from Columbia that has a child from a former husband. The culture clashes are constant and make for lots of drama. O'Neil's character, Jay Pritchett, is the patriarch of the family and he has two grown children, Claire Dunphy and Mitchell Pritchett. Claire is a homemaker with three children with husband, Phil. Their children range the ages from elementary to high school. The husband, Phil, is quite the odd bird and is beyond quirky and unpredictable. Mitchell is gay and lives with his partner and they have an adopted Vietnamese daughter together and really show the drama of being new parents.

My friend in California just got married last Saturday and right now they are having a honeymoon in Hawaii. Good for them. Her husband's family is from there and so they also like to visit while enjoying themselves. Anyway, before leaving to Hawaii they sent everyone who attended their wedding a thank you note with a very nice wedding thank you notes wording. I like it and I thought it was well written, simple and thoughtful. For me, I think it is always a good idea to send something to the guest who attended my wedding. It is a way of appreciation and you feel special.

Yesterday afternoon hubby and Maddie went for a bike ride. Maddie was riding her trailer which was given by hubby's brother. Maddie really enjoyed the ride except for some bumps in which she kept asking hubby 'what is that?" And hubby would respond "it's a bump". They took some pictures and went home after. My move to a new city.

Moving is a really stressful experience; I should know, just recently I did it myself. It's not as though I woke up one morning and decided that today was the day, it's just that my job wanted to transfer me, and I wanted a new atmosphere.

When preparing for the move, I made sure to divide everything that I owned into sections. Toys in one box, electronics in another box, and so on. That way, when I reached my new destination there wouldn't be any confusion. There were still a few problems, as can be expected, but for the most part it all ran smoothly. I think it's important to keep your most valued treasures with you in the car, so that's also what I did; no need for the moving guys to come across irreplaceable items that they could steal, right?

For the first few days in the new place, everybody had to sleep on the floor. We were not too happy about that, but at least there was protection from the cold air outside. I had also remembered to have a ADT in Dallas Forth Worth set up, too. Basically, besides the sleeping inconvenience, along with living on fast food and frozen pizza, we got by. Now, months later, I feel as though I have always lived here. The neighborhood is great, and the landscape couldn't be nicer.

This afternoon we went to Costco in 45th street just to see what they have. Maddie slept on our way there but woke up when we got there. As usual she has a lot of energy walking around the store. After Costco we went to King Sooper to buy some groceries that we don't normally buy in Costco. After, hubby has to rush home thinking of going biking but it started raining. So,he was very disappointed. Hopefully, tomorrow morning he said. And then Maddie started saying shopping, shopping. So, I asked where she wanted to go shopping. And she responded Target. We all laugh. She knows Target. Every time she saw a Target sign she said Target, Target. It's probably because we always go there.

My Recent Move Back To Florida.

I lived up in Atlanta for the past few years, but I never really felt as if it was the place for me to reside for ever. That is why I chose to come back to Florida this summer. I think that I missed the beaches most of all. I had a lot to get into order if I was going to transfer my home recording studio down to the new city. I made sure that before I moved anything in to the new place, I took notes on some ADT home safety tips. In addition to the home security aspect, I had to think about getting the new place situated for a studio. This meant that I had to take all of the sound reinforcement down first, and install that before anything else. Since I was having to move into a apartment, I knew that I would have to also rent studio time from a engineer at some point, due to the low levels I was going to have to work with at my own place. I was more concerned about my machines and recording devices being safe, so I took care of that first though. I am truly happy to be back in Florida, where I belong. When you go to the beach again for the first time, it really all is worth it.

There's going to be Thomas the tank engine in Toys T Us this coming Saturday. Maddie likes Thomas. Actually that is her favorite show this days and so we might consider going there just to check out. Hopefully, it doesn't conflict with the time of my friends baby shower.

Also, there't going to be A day with Thomas in September in Golden. That is going to be fun and Maddie gets to ride Thomas the train. We have to decided to buy the ticket right now. That will also be the month when I give birth with God's guidance and blessings that everything will be alright.

Hubby got home and the first thing Maddie wants is to play with him. She told hubby to sit to play catch the ball. They we're having fun and so I thought of joining. Maddie was very happy. She pass the ball to daddy and then to me. We we're having a great afternoon.

Later hubby got an email from his brother regarding their pre-wedding pictorial. Hubby showed it to me and it looks nice. It was taken in Long Beach where the Queen Marry is. I've been to that place with hubby and I have some decent pictures in that area too. It was nice of his brothr to share their pictures with us.
