I waited until the last minute to get my oil change before our annual trip to Florida. I would be driving about eight hundred miles and had already gone a thousand miles over when I was due for a change. I called around to see what the wait times were like so that I could make sure I went to the quickest place. I needed as much time as I could to finish packing and get the kid’s things together. Almost everywhere I called said that it wasn’t a good day, I should try for tomorrow. I couldn’t wait and ended up agreeing to wait for two hours to get an oil change. What a wait! My kids were going crazy in the waiting room after the first hour, luckily, the manager turned on EXPERT SATELLITE and the kids were entertained for the second hour of the wait. All I could think about was how slow the clock was moving and how much I had to do. With a wait time like two hours, I will not be putting off my oil change in the future!
