Delicious mussel.
Hubby and I went to Costco to buy some groceries then I noticed that they have fresh mussels that are packed 2 pounds each bag. I remembered the mussels that I ate in Cinzettie the other day and it was so good. So, I decided to grab one pack and try cooking it with chili. A little bit spicy but not too much. So, when we got home I cook it and it was so good. I used jalapeno chili and dried red chilis. The following day when my friend Elizabeth came to visit we ate it and I also cooked some longaniza. She said she like it and so am I. I still have some left over and I am sure I'll be enjoying it for lunch today.
