Scary lightning and thundering.

After eating in a chinese buffet yesterday we decided to go to Khol's but as we reached the parking lot it started thundering and lightning is just everywhere. I was really scared inside the car feeding Maddie. Before we're done feeding I told hubby to start driving home. The lightning was just so scary. It seems that it's just going to hit you because it's like infront of your eyes. As we are heading home hubby saw this teenage boy that seems to look like the younger brother of hubby waiting for the bus. Hubby wanted to give him a ride home because he felt bad for the kid. It already started raining at that time and the lightning was so deadly. At the same time hubby doesn't know the guy and Maddie is with us. Besides it's not safe to be out right that time. We decided to just go home but at home hubby kept thinking about the guy and you know when you feel like wanting to help but cannot because of some reason. I told hubby Maddie's safety first.
