Happy 4th of July.

Early this morning hubby's family left. Hubby drove them to the airport at about 6:15am but unfortunately their was a mechanical problem on the plane that they we're delayed for about three hours. We had our BBQ a day before they left and it was good. Hubby's mom did a good job on her BBQ's and she made a lot that we still have left over that we ate today. We just stayed all day at home relaxing and in the evening the three of us we're waiting for the fireworks by the window of our big room. You can see everything in their because the fireworks is just near our place in the golf course area. As soon as it started we we're positioned already but then Maddie got scared that we have to hide in the small room and closed everything so that she can't hear the loud bang. She finally stopped crying and fell asleep but it gave her nightmare that when she wake up she cried. We ended sleeping with lights on and she slept well after. Poor little girl.
